Our Story

Ace Conferences and Events was set up towards the end of Covid in mid 2021 in India with operations from our Mumbai and Gurgaon offices. When the world started opening up and clients & corporates wanted to ensure safe travel, we started operations with a purpose of being a one stop shop for all our customers’ needs.

We expanded in UAE with opening of ACE Destinations Travel & Tourism office in Abu Dhabi in 2023.

The collective experience of over 40 years of our founders in the industry set the ball rolling and we have come a long way since then having hosted conferences and events for our clients not just in India but also across Middle East, Africa, Europe and S.E Asia.

A strong network of partners across destinations helps us plan and organise anything from an event for 500 persons to a post conference hiking tour or a select sit down dinner on a cruise. We believe in offering tailor made experiences and pride in ourselves being more than just an event organiser.
